Are these really hand-woven in Ghana?

Yes. Every Royal Stole is woven on a traditional loom in the Ashanti or Volta region by an artisan paid a fair, living wage. We include the weaver's name on a small inner tag.

How do I care for my stole?

Hand-wash in cold water with mild detergent, lay flat to dry, and steam (don't iron directly) before wearing. Store folded with acid-free tissue to preserve the gold thread.
